Town Board reminds you that it is unlawful to plow, cultivate or otherwise work any land within the road right-of-way. We also recommend that farmers do not enter onto the road to turn equipment on the blacktop as this action damages the road surface. Violation can result in fines and cost of restoring the ditch or highway or both to their former condition. Refer to state statute 86.021.
