Notice for Bids: Heating/Cooling of Town Building

TOWN OF STOCKTON (PORTAGE COUNTY) NOTICE FOR BIDS –

HEATING/COOLING OF TOWN BUILDINGS

The Town of Stockton (Portage County, WI) is seeking bids for heating and cooling updates in our

Town Hall building and Fire/Garage department.

The town board is asking that the bids be separated as follows:

                                    #1 Heating Boiler for Town Garage and Fire Department

                                    #2 Heating Boiler for Town Hall

                                    #3 Mini Split for Town Garage/Fire Department

                                    #4 Mini Split for Town Hall

All proposals must be in the hands of the Municipal Clerk by noon of Monday, September 4th, 2023 to be considered by the Town Board on Monday, September 11th, 2023.

The Town of Stockton reserves the right to reject any/all proposals, and to accept the proposal most advantageous to the town, even if that proposal is not the lowest in cost.  The completion date of the project will be negotiated at the time the contract is awarded.
