NOTICE FOR BIDS – HEATING/COOLING OF TOWN BUILDINGS
The Town of Stockton (Portage County, WI) is seeking sealed bids for heating and cooling updates in our
Town Hall building and Fire/Garage department.
The town board is asking that the sealed bids be separated as follows:
#1 Heating Boiler for Town Garage and Fire Department
#2 Heating Boiler for Town Hall
#3 Mini Split for Town Garage/Fire Department
#4 Mini Split for Town Hall

All sealed bids must be in the hands of the Municipal Clerk by noon of Wednesday,
November 1st, 2023 to be considered by the Town Board on Monday, November 13th, 2023.
The Town of Stockton reserves the right to reject any/all bids, and to accept the bid most advantageous to the town, even if that bid is not the lowest in cost. The completion date of the project will be negotiated at the time the contract is awarded.
