NOTICE FOR BIDS
The Town of Stockton (Portage County), will be accepting sealed bids for the following:
1. Chip Sealing with washed Fractured Stone (FA2) with emulsion Liquid Asphalt (CRS-2) – out of
Woznik Pit or equivalent to
a. Old 18 from Hwy J. Going West to pavement change. (1295 Feet Long; 26 Feet Wide)
b. Hillcrest Dr. from Old 18 to Termini (1600 Feet Long; 24 Feet Wide)
c. Hillcrest Ct. (580 Feet Long; 19 Feet Wide)
d. Burr Oak – Going East of Hwy J. to Pavement Change (230 Feet Long; 44 Feet Wide)
e. Burr Oak – Going West of Hwy J. (740 Feet Long; 25 Feet Wide)
f. Weaver Circle from Burr Oak to Termini (1,100 Feet Long; 25 Feet Wide)
g. Johnnies Lane from Hwy J to Termini (1625 Feet Long; 24 Feet Wide)
h. Intersection of Burr Oak and Hwy 10 as marked. (Roughly 200 Feet Long)
2. Chip Sealing with Hot Oil and Fractured Stone (FA2) (PG 58-28)
a. Five Corner Rd. from Rolling Hills to Pavement Change (3970 Feet Long; 21 Feet Wide)
3. Cold Mix – Picked up at the Production Site
4. Hot Mix- Picked up at the Production Site
5. Sweeping of the subdivisions with separate price option sweeping subdivisions per mile.

Sealed Bids are to be received by March 23rd, 2026. Bids will be opened at the Town Board Meeting
on Monday, March 23rd, 2026, at 6:30pm. The Town of Stockton reserves the right to reject all
proposals, and to accept the proposal most advantageous to the town, even if that proposal is not the
lowest in cost. The completion date of the project will be done by August 15th, 2026 to the contract
that is awarded.
