TOWN OF STOCKTON (PORTAGE COUNTY)

NOTICE FOR BIDS 

The Town of Stockton (Portage County), will be accepting sealed bids for the following:

  1. Chip Sealing with Hot Oil and Fractured Stone
    1. Deer Road (635 Feet Long; 26 Feet Wide) Start at North Lane to end at pavement change.
    2. North Lane (2,800 Feet Long; 22 Feet Wide) Needs approximately 2,000 Sq yards of bar patching. Start at State Hwy 10 to end at Ridgeland Court
    3. Zurawski Lane (550 Feet Long; 21 Feet Wide) Start at North Lane to end at Zurawski Court
    4. Zurawski Lane (640 Feet Long; 21 Feet Wide) Start at North Cul Du Sac to end at South Cul Du Sac.
    5. Oak Road (South Section: 5,040 Feet Long; 22 Feet Wide) Needs approximately 1,400 Sq yards of bar patching. Start at Rolling Hills Road to end at Oak Street
    6. Oak Road (North Section: 3,250 Feet Long; 21 Feet Wide) Needs approximately 400 Sq yards of bar patching. Start at Oak Street to end at County Highway I
    7. Hillside Road (North Section: 5,250 Feet Long; 21 Feet Wide) Needs approximately 2,500 Sq yards of bar patching. Start at County Highway I to end at Echo Road
    8. Hillside Road (South Section: 7,750 Feet Long; 19 Feet Wide) Needs approximately 1,000 Sq yards of bar patching. Start at Echo Road to end at Rolling hills Road.
    9. Ridge Road (North Section: 3,370 Feet Long; 22 Feet Wide) Start at Rolling Hills Rd to end at pavement change.
    10. Ridge Road (South Section: 3,100 Feet Long; 21 Feet Wide) Start at Pavement change to end at State Highway 10
    11. Old Highway 18 (5,600 Feet Long, 21 Feet Wide) Start at Custer Road and End at County Highway J
    12. Old Highway 18 (6,700 Feet Long, 23 Feet Wide) Start at Lone Pine Street to end at Burbank Road
    13. Old Highway 18 (2,450 Feet Long, 22 Feet Wide) Start at 500 feet west of RR tracks by Burbank Rd to end at Town Line with Town of Hull
    14. Oak Ridge Court (2,800 Feet Long, 20 Feet Wide) Needs approximately 400 Sq yards bar patching. Start at 4th Street to end at 4th
    15. Morain Valley Lane (2,650 Feet Long, 22 Feet Wide) Start at 4th Street to end at Custer Rd.
    16. Morain Valley Court (1,200 Feet Long, 22 Feet Wide) Start at Custer Rd to end at Cul Du Sac
    17. 4th Street (3,275 Feet Long, 22 Feet Wide) Start at Rocky Line Court to end east at Pavement change.
    18. Lovers Lane (3,770 Feet Long, 21 Feet Wide) Start at 4th Street to end at Lake Thomas Road
    19. Fawn Lane & Leroy Lane (1,560 Feet Long, 21 Feet Wide) Needs approximately 400 Sq. yards bar patching. Start at County Highway B to end at Buckhorn Lane.
    20. Hilltop Drive (950 Feet Long, 21 Feet Wide) Start at Buckhorn Lane to end at Fawn Lane.
    21. Buckhorn Lane (1,140 Feet Long, 21 Feet Wide) Start at County Highway B to end at Road end

Bids are to be received by May 23rd or hand delivered to the Town Board Meeting on May 23rd, 2023 at 6:30 PM.  Bids will be opened at that time.

The Town of Stockton reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to accept the proposal most advantageous to the town, even if that proposal is not the lowest in cost.  The completion date of the project will be negotiated at the time the contract is awarded.
