NOTICE FOR THE TOWN OF STOCKTON
AMENDMENT to ORDINANCE #0-22-02

Please take notice that the Town of Stockton, Portage County, Wisconsin enacted a Code of
Ordinances, containing an amendment to #0-22-02 on December 9th, 2024. The
ordinance(s) is in place for fire alarm systems. The amendment comes into place for the
fees that will be associated with the violations from the authorizations to issue citations
under the newly passed ordinance #0-24-01. The Town Board of the Town of Stockton,
Portage County, WI has the specific authority under s. 66.0113, Wis. Stats., to adopt this
ordinance.
