NOTICE FOR THE TOWN OF STOCKTON
ORDINANCE #0-24-02

Please take notice that the Town of Stockton, Portage County, Wisconsin enacted a Code of
Ordinances, containing #0-24-02 on December 9th, 2024. The ordinance(s) is in place for
outdoor and refuse burning in the Town of Stockton. This ordinance is intended to promote
public health, safety, and welfare and to safeguard the health, comfort and living
conditions of the citizens in the Town of Stockton. The Town Board of the Town of Stockton,
Portage County, WI has the specific authority under s. 66.0113, Wis. Stats., to adopt this
ordinance.
