NOTICE FOR THE TOWN OF STOCKTON
ORDINANCE #0-24-01

Please take notice that the Town of Stockton, Portage County, Wisconsin enacted a Code of
Ordinances, containing #0-24-01 on December 9th, 2024. The ordinance(s) is in place for
issuing citations for violations of the Town of Stockton ordinances with statutory
counterparts. The Town Board of the Town of Stockton, Portage County, WI has the specific
authority under s. 66.0113, Wis. Stats., to adopt this ordinance.
