Town of Stockton Comprehensive Plan Update and Zoning Map Update
The Town of Stockton Plan Commission, with assistance from the Portage County Planning and Zoning Department, has finished reviewing and updating the Town of Stockton 2016 Comprehensive Plan in order to meet the Statutory requirement that comprehensive plans be updated no less than once every 10 years (Section 66.1001(2)(i) of Wisconsin Statutes). The Town Zoning map was also updated for four parcels, including 034240932-06.06, 034240932-06.09, 034230920-10.12, and 034394303, as requested by the property owners. Proposed Town of Stockton 2026 Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Map Amendments
On December 22, 2025, the Town Board of Stockton will hold a public hearing on the proposed updates. Written comments will be accepted by the Town Clerk up to one week prior to the hearing.
