Garbage/Recycling Bills

Beginning on January 1st, 2023, we will have a new company collecting both garbage and recyclables. The Town of Stockton signed a new contract on September 22nd, 2022 with Harter's for pickup of our garbage and recyclables weekly.  Their phone number for customer service is (715) 446-5400 and their toll-free number is (888) 804-8556.  Please call Harter's Disposal Services directly for customer support or to request a replacement garbage cart. Town residents provide their own containers for accepted mixed recyclables.

Please note that the Town of Stockton will not refund fees associated with refuse/recycling from previous years.
